Twitter.com, All New Look for Tweeters

The home screen is where you can see all the Tweets for those you follow. Everything that was in right-hand side in the older version is shifted to the left-hand side in the new version. It’s now easier and faster to see the information that you are following. It also allows immediate access to your favorite features from the left-hand side.

Group discussions on Twitter were hard to follow because when people reply to a tweet, it the replied tweet was only visible to the follower and not with the original tweet. So with the new it allows you to see the whole story at a glance by providing photos, videos, retweets and replies directly in the Tweets. Now, users can track their entire conversation by just clicking on any tweet.

Twitter has added another tab called connect, where you see who likes your Tweets. Users can also see what others are saying about them in their tweets, which was earlier known as ‘mention’ in the old version. By this you can track your presence across Twitter.  The connect section shows all the Tweets in which you are mentioned in one place.

Username search is the new feature with the connect tab which allows the users to search a person on twitter by his username and it provides all the interactions with the other users.
